We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a FLEXIBLE part-time position.
The predominant role will be to support the partners and Sandler team to run the office more effectively. The role will include these and other office management tasks: Data entry and clean-up of our database, attendance reporting and spreadsheet management, office and kitchen maintenance, telephone reception, appointment setting via email and phone calls, reminder phone calls to clients, making copies, scanning documents, and bulk mailings.
The position requires the following:
- A strong detail, process and task-completion orientation with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- The confidence and professional demeanor to effectively interact with local business owners and professionals.
The following would be helpful for the position:
- Experience with CRM database tools
- Experience in a learning, coaching or training environment
This is a part-time position with FLEXIBLE HOURS. It is expected that this function can be effectively handled in approximately 10-20 hours per week.
